After the order is sent through our e-shop, the customer receives an email within 24 hours concerning the launch of the order.
The deliveries of our products are made through the company ELTA COURIER – DOOR DOOR. The shipping cost within Greece for small volume orders (up to 1kg) is 5.00 euros and free for orders over 70.00 euros. Delivery time within Attica is 1-3 working days from the date of receipt of the products by the transport company. The time of delivery outside Attica is 2-4 working days from the date of receipt of the products by the transport company.
Shipping cost within Europe for small volume orders (up to 1kg) is 15.00 euros and free for orders over 140.00 euros. Deliverytimee within Europe is 5-15 working days.
Shipping costs outside Europe are determined by the shipping company and are borne by the customer.
NOTE: For shipments within Greece and ONLY there is the possibility of cash on delivery at cost 3 euro
ABROAD
Products are also delivered abroad by the transportation companies ‘ELTA Courier”. For deliveries by ”ELTA Courier” the delivery time is 7-15 business days. The shipping charges are determined after arrangement with our company. Especially, for non EU-Customers the products’ prices may differentiate and extra charges may arise due to the exchange rate differences, the customs clearances, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.
